Dr. Masaru Emoto’s CD
July 6, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment
There is a wonderful book written by Dr Emoto entitled ‘Water Crystal Healing’. Here is a tip to meditate using the classical music that comes with the book.
Select the music with the desired outcome. The book explains the effect of each piece of music and how it will affect our vibration or energy.
Fill a wine glass with water and place it near but not touching your speakers. When you play the music, look at the corresponding crystal picture and focus on it until the musical piece concludes. Next drink the glass of water. The water should form the same crystal as the music, although we cannot see it.
Try it and feel the difference!
How’s that for using music to meditate.

Today, not everyone has the time to go to traditional meditation classes that take an hour per session, two or three times per week. So even though meditation has the power to center our thoughts and restore the balance to our minds and bodies, help in concentration, provide a more restful sleep and improve problem solving skills, many neglect mediation because they are too busy working, taking care of their families and running a household.
Whether it is by therapy, prayer or meditation, all of us can start to take better care of our mental health. Here are six sites where you can buy and download meditation music to your Ipods or music players so you don’t miss out on your much needed stress reduction. In all these sites full membership is optional, but you have to have an account with some of these sites to buy and download meditation music that is not free, as purchasing suggests. There is even a website at the end of the article for an additional seventh site for good luck.
